Regulations for the combined use of stage chain electric hoists and I-beam rails

Chain type electric hoists are common heavy lifting equipment, with slightly higher load-bearing and safety performance than micro electric hoists. They are mostly used for lifting work in factory production workshops. When in use, electric hoists can be fixed or running, and running electric hoists are often installed on cantilever cranes or above I-beam tracks inside the factory workshop. When combined with I-beam tracks, certain regulations need to be followed:

1. Before installing the chain electric hoist, conduct inspections on the cross-section, parallelism, and torsion of the I-shaped steel track.

2. Measure the design elevation and parallelism of the track with a spirit level, and the longitudinal design slope of the design plan section on the top of the track should be ≤ 1/1000. Measure every 2m, and the height difference throughout the process should not exceed 10mm; The design elevation tolerance for the top of the track wall is ± 10mm, and the design elevation tolerance for two parallel tracks within the same section should be ≤ 10mm.

3. The bending of the I-shaped steel track along the total length direction in the plane, with a measurement error of ± 1mm for every 2 meters of length. The transverse slope of the I-shaped steel track shall not exceed 1/100 of the total width of the track.

4. The car stop on the track should be installed before lifting the lifting equipment.

5. The quality of rail welding should meet the relevant requirements of electric arc welding, and the welding points on the top and side of the joint should be polished and polished neatly and smoothly.

After the combination of the chain type electric hoist and the I-beam rail is tightened, it can officially cooperate with the electric hoist to carry out lifting work and expand the lifting range of the electric hoist.
